  Type I are normal wall Sterling Bands.

  The military uses six bands on a F10 Static Line or a SF10 alpha chute.  (Where they have parachutists jumping off the line in succession.)

  Parachute Bands – Type II

  Type II are HW Pale Crepe Gold Bands.
  #71 – 2” x 3/8” x .060
  The military uses these bands on the parachutes used for free fall.
