Diecasting is a process used to produce high volumes of relatively small metal items. The process uses compressed metal powder that is injection moulded and then ‘sintered’ to produce parts of high accuracy and which often need no post processing.

MATERIALS AND CAPABILITY
Materials include Stainless Steel, and carbon Steel alloys. Parts can then be post machined and heat treated if required. Generally our process can handle complex small parts up to 100mm in length, and 50g max weight. Prototype or Production volumes up to 300,000 parts. Our tooling is built and moulded in the Far East, and components shipped all over the world. Excellent dimensional accuracy combined with exceptional surface finish, means it becomes a first choice technology for some applications
